Our New Home: Stadthalle Karlsruhe

Our next convention will take place at the newly modernized Stadthalle Karlsruhe, located in the heart of Karlsruhe's convention district.

With 6,000 m² across five event halls, nine conference rooms, five meeting rooms, and three foyers, the Stadthalle holds up to 2,000 guests. That's significantly larger than our previous venues, with room to welcome more attendees than ever before.

The venue spans three levels plus two intermediate levels. The new layout gives us a bigger main stage, more spacious panel rooms, and a significantly expanded Dealers' Den with additional artists and vendors from across the fandom. There's also room for a much larger fursuit lounge, and the wide foyer areas across the building become natural social spaces for hanging out and photos.

The recent modernization upgrades event technology, accessibility, and core infrastructure, with sustainable systems throughout: groundwater cooling, district heating, and rooftop solar.

Located directly at Festplatz in central Karlsruhe, the venue is a 5-minute walk from the city center, 8 minutes from the main station, and 12 minutes from the A5 and A8 autobahn. Thirteen hotels sit within walking distance, the closest just 1 minute from the door.
