Welcome to Furvester!
Furvester is an annual furry convention which takes place in the region of Stuttgart in Germany and is always held around New Year's Eve, shortly after Christmas.
This year Furvester will take place in Reutlingen, south of Stuttgart in the Fortuna Hotel, with space for up to 294 attendees.
Furvester is organized by the "Flussfussels e.V." association.
The theme for this year is "Mission to Mars". It's time to leave Earth and settle on a new planet, purely populated by furry creatures! Will we manage the hard journey or are we destined to stay on this planet? Join us and find out!
Current COVID-19 situation
At the time of writing (15 April 2020), there is no plan to cancel or postpone Furvester. The current regulations only ban mass events up until 31 August 2020. With Furvester being four months after the end of that regulation, we don't see the convention being affected by it at the moment.
Whenever we get new information, we'll update this section and post updates on our channels.
Are you new to this?
If you have never been to a furry convention before or if this is your first time attending Furvester, we recommend to read the following guide carefully.
Registration & Hotel
To register for Furvester, you have to create an account on our website and fill out the registration form. While you can register on-site, it is advised to register online to receive a proper badge and be able to book a room with our main hotel. The dates for the online registration are:
- Starts on 31 May 2020 at 20:00 Europe/Berlin
- Closes on 22 November 2020 at 23:59 Europe/Berlin
After registering you'll be able to book a hotel room through our website. Keep in mind that you have two weeks to complete your payment. If we have to cancel your registration due to a missing payment, you'll also lose your booked room.
Staying up to date
Travel to the convention
Since the venue is a little further out of the next major cities, we have written a travel guide which will help you find your way to us. But no worries, there shouldn't be any dragons on your way!
