The con fee is used to cover our expenses for rental, event equipment, the fursuit lounge and all the things you receive as an attendee.

Convention tickets are available both online and on-site while day tickets are only available on-site. Please note that day tickets have limited availability per day. For your first day ticket you will also have to pay the stage fee, though on successive days the stage fee will be exempt when presenting a day ticket for a prior day.

Beside the mandatory con fee which is required to be paid by every attendee, there is also a stage fee required for access to the stage events.

If you want to additionally support our convention, we'd be glad to welcome you as a sponsor. Apart from a warm fuzzy feeling you'll also receive a few complementary rewards like naming in the con book and a sponsor bag upon arrival.

You may also order a Furvester themed T-shirt. Silver sponsors must order these separately as they are not included in their sponsor bag. Gold sponsors receive one free T-shirt.

We want to be upfront: the con fee for our convention has increased from €125.00 to €240.00. That is a significant jump, and we owe you a clear explanation.

The new location is a modern convention center in a major city. This move dramatically increases our costs, but it also fundamentally improves the experience:

• Dozens of hotels in walking distance, with double rooms starting around 80€ incl. breakfast (previously 108€)
• Plenty of affordable food options nearby, instead of being locked into hotel pricing
• Easy access by public transport, saving travel time and money
• More space, better facilities, and room for everyone

While the con fee is higher, you will save money on accommodation, food, and transportation, while enjoying a more accessible, flexible, and comfortable convention overall.

Our previous event took place in a small hotel in an industrial area. While it worked for a long time, it came with real limitations:

• No food options within walking distance
• No alternative hotels nearby
• Attendees who didn't get a room in the main hotel often needed a car or daily taxis
• Tight event spaces and a hard cap on attendee numbers

In practice, this meant higher hidden costs for many of you, and it prevented others from attending at all.

This change allows us to grow, improve the event, and welcome everyone who wants to attend, without compromising on quality or convenience.

We know the new con fee raises eyebrows, so let's look at the full picture.

At the old location, many attendees paid more for hotels, food, and transport, even though the con fee was lower. If you didn't get a room in the main hotel, attending was often inconvenient or impossible.

At the new location, you pay more for the ticket, but you gain:

• Cheaper and flexible accommodation choices
• Lower food costs
• Easier travel
• More space, better facilities, and a future-proof event

For many attendees, the overall cost difference is far smaller than it looks on paper, and the experience is significantly better.

This move allows us to grow responsibly, improve the convention, and make it accessible to everyone who wants to be part of it.
