Art & Experience
Media Designer (Print)
We're looking for a media designer to handle print materials for the convention.
Responsibilities
- Design print assets such as stickers, banners, posters, and signage
- Prepare files for professional printing (correct formats, bleed, color profiles)
- Ensure visual consistency across all physical materials
Requirements
- Experience with print design (not just digital)
- Proficiency in common design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
- Understanding of print production requirements (CMYK, DPI, bleed, etc.)
- Strong sense of layout and visual composition
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for events or conventions
- Ability to work within an existing visual style or brand
Notes
You'll take ownership of our print materials and help elevate the overall visual presence of the event.
Fursuit Lounge
Tech Assistant
We're looking for 3-4 Furs to help with Setup / Maintenance / Teardown of the Fursuitlounge.
Responsibilities
- Setup/Teardown of the Suitlounge Drying Racks, Storage and Technical Equipment
- Maintaining and repairing the Drying Racks and Cooling Basins if needed
Requirements
- Experience with power Tools / Tools
- Good Logical understanding
- Ability to work in a Team
- Not afraid to get dusty

IT
Web Developer
We're looking for a web developer to maintain and update our convention website.
Responsibilities
- Implement yearly design updates based on provided design assets
- Maintain and improve our existing React (SSR) + TypeScript codebase
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior
- Keep the codebase aligned with modern web standards and best practices
Requirements
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript
- Good understanding of server-side rendering concepts
- Strong CSS skills (no frameworks; custom styling)
- Attention to detail when translating designs into code
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance optimization and accessibility (a11y)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices

You'll collaborate with our designer. Your focus is implementation, not creating designs from scratch.
Streaming Team
Streaming Operator
We're looking for a Streaming operator to help produce fun and creative streams at the Con.
Responsibilities
- Live cutting cameras for streamed events
- Operating PTZ Cameras
- Supervising the Stream and recordings
Requirements
- Being creative with cameras
- Being very spontaneous and fast with live cuts
- Being able to focus on multiple cameras at the same time
Nice to Have
- Experience with multicam streaming and/or cameras
- Familiar with Vmix
- Familiar with Companion
Notes
You don't need to have any knowledge in proper Streaming/Broadcast production as we are able to train you with that and help with building experience
Theming Team
Theming Teamlead
We’re looking for a Team Lead for our Theming Team to coordinate the team collaborate with other departments and work closely with the Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the theming team (artists, decorators, builders, and volunteers)
- Oversee Volunteer artist group
- Translate the annual theme into practical decoration concepts suited for large, bright, “white box” environments
- Plan and oversee creation, sourcing, and placement of decorations, props, signage, and ambient elements (e.g., lighting, textiles, set pieces)
- Identify opportunities to “soften” and warm up the venue (e.g., color accents, lighting, cozy spaces, photo spots)
- Collaborate with departments such as Events, AV/Tech, and Marketing to ensure consistent theming across stages, printed materials, and social media
- Manage timelines, task distribution, and progress tracking for all theming-related projects
- Oversee budget usage and material planning with a focus on high impact within constraints
- Supervise on-site setup and teardown, ensuring safe, efficient installation in a convention center environment
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills, especially for mid-sized events
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a volunteer-driven team
- Good communication skills and cross-team collaboration mindset
- Creative problem-solving, particularly in adapting designs to large, neutral indoor spaces
- Reliability and ability to deliver under time pressure leading up to the event
- Willingness to be hands-on during build, setup, and teardown
Nice to Have
- Experience with event theming, convention decoration, or stage/space design
- Background in art, interior design, prop-making, or similar creative fields
- Understanding of how to create atmosphere using lighting, fabrics, and modular décor
- Budget planning or cost-efficient material sourcing experience
- Experience working with and coordinating volunteers
Notes
- Workload is moderate throughout the year and increases significantly in the 1–2 months before the event
- Planning and coordination can be done remotely, but on-site presence during setup and the convention is required
- Early involvement is highly beneficial to align with theme development and other departments
- Emphasis is on achievable, high-impact ideas rather than overly complex builds
