If your registration is still unpaid, email our registration team and we'll cancel it.

We can't cancel a paid registration, but we can transfer it. Find someone to take your ticket, make sure they have a Furvester account, then both of you email our registration team to start the transfer.

Only on site. If you register at the convention itself, you can pay in cash at the registration desk. Registrations booked in advance are paid through the website, by card or bank transfer.

Full registrations and day tickets follow the same rule.

Yes, assistance dogs under the German Assistenzhundeverordnung (AHundV) are welcome. Carry the dog's documentation with you at the venue, and please send a copy to our security team in advance so we know to expect you.

Pets are not permitted at the venue.

Each hotel decides this for itself. We've asked them, and we'll list their answers here as they reach us.

Yes, as long as the shirt is unworn and we still have your size in stock. Bring it to the registration desk during the convention and we'll swap it for you.
